Cochran Real Estate was established in Puerto Vallarta in 1997 with offices conveniently located next to Café des Artistes in El Centro area.
The agency is owned by Harriet Cochran Murray who has been a Real Estate Broker for more than 25 years. The agency is a fully participating member of the Mexican Association of Real Estate Professionals (AMPI) at the national as well as local levels. We are also a member of the Vallarta Multi-List System (MLS).
Cochran Real Estate is a full service real estate agency, representing both buyers and sellers. We maintain a Property Management division, and we can assist with Vacation Rentals too.
The highest ethical standards are maintained, and our commitment to our clients is always our highest priority. Continuing education and training of all of our staff is required. Real estate certification with the Mexican regulatory body, CONOCER, is also required.
